Personal Data Collection Method and Legal Reasons
Personal data is collected electronically, fully or partially by automatic means, by you typing them into the contact and influencer application forms on site.myfenomen.com, the form being transmitted to the server, and security records being generated.
The bases of our processing activities based on the legal reasons specified in Article 5 of KVKK are listed below:
- Establishment or Performance of a Contract: To the extent that the request is directly related to the establishment of a contract or the performance of an existing contract (KVKK Article 5/2-c).
- Fulfillment of a Legal Obligation: Fulfillment of our legal information provision obligations within the scope of legislation (KVKK Article 5/2-ç).
- Legitimate Interest: Processing is mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms, for answering questions and requests sent via the contact form, ensuring system security, and increasing service quality (KVKK Article 5/2-f).
- Explicit Consent: If there is an activity where other processing conditions in the law do not exist, explicit consent, which is related to a specific subject, based on information and expressed with free will, is additionally requested (KVKK Article 5/1). Submitting the form alone is not considered blanket consent for every purpose.
Transfer of Personal Data
Form data is transmitted to the merhaba@myfenomen.com mailbox. For this reason, service providers that provide site hosting and email infrastructure can access the data limited to the technical provision of the service. Data can only be transferred to authorized public institutions and judicial authorities if there is a legal obligation or a duly made request.

The transfer is limited to the necessary recipients and data scope, considering the principle of being related, limited, and proportionate to the purpose.

This page does not mean that an unestablished or unverified transfer relationship exists.
Your Rights within the Scope of KVKK Article 11
The legal rights you have pursuant to Article 11 of KVKK, titled "Rights of the Data Subject", are as follows:
- To Be Informed: To learn whether your personal data is processed and, if processed, to request detailed information regarding this.
- Appropriateness for Purpose: To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used appropriately for their purpose.
- Transfer Information: To know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred domestically or abroad.
- Correction Request: To request the correction of incompletely or incorrectly processed personal data.
- Deletion and Destruction: To request the deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions in Article 7 of KVKK.
- Notification Request: To request notification of the correction, deletion, or destruction processes to the third parties to whom the data has been transferred.
- Objection to Automated Analysis: To object to the occurrence of a result against you by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems.
- Compensation Request: To request compensation for the damage in case you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of personal data.
Data Security and Retention Periods
In accordance with Article 12 of KVKK, technical and administrative measures proportionate to the processing activity are applied to prevent unlawful processing of and access to personal data, and to ensure the retention of the data. This statement is not a guarantee of absolute security or zero risk.
Application Method and Contact
You can use legal application channels to exercise your rights stated above and to make any requests regarding your personal data. Your requests will be processed as soon as possible depending on their nature.
Application Preparation
Prepare your request clearly and understandably in writing, together with your identity verifying information (Name, surname, T.R. identity number, notification address).
Written Application
You can submit your signed application to the address 295/2 Sokak No:1 Kat:1/104 Sun Plaza, Mansuroglu Mahallesi, Bayrakli / Izmir in person, through a notary public, or by mail.
Electronic Application
You can apply to merhaba@myfenomen.com from your email address that you have previously notified to our company and is registered in our system. Other electronic methods in the Communiqué can be used if the relevant secure channel is available.
Evaluation
Your application will be finalized free of charge as soon as possible and within 30 (thirty) days at the latest, in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller.
Finalization
An official reply will be sent to you in writing or electronically. If the transaction requires an additional cost, the fee in the tariff determined by the Board may be requested.
